Payment methods

You can pay in any of the following ways you choose:

a) By credit card. The credit card details are protected by online security system which guarantees absolutely secure environment. You need to fill in all your credit card details, to register your order.

b) Wire Transfer the value of your order to our bank account

To complete your order through a bank transfer, you must deposit the full amount of your order and send us a copy of the bank transfer in our e-mail imaginevisualarts@gmail.com

c) With Paypal. When you select PayPal as payment method, you are transferred to PayPal's site, where you can send your payment. Through PayPal, the payment is made by credit card. The amount of charge except for the value of the order, will indicate all incidental charges.

Whichever payment method you choose, a retail receipt or an invoice will be send to you , upon your request. Invoices are issued to companies and professionals, they fill in their order the following: Company name, VAT number and Address.
The invoice / receipt will be sent with your order.

Shipping Info

All orders are processed through courier service daily 9: 00-17: 00, to your address easily and reliably. In the case of bulk goods, orders may be sent through Transportation Company. The shipments are send daily, except for Saturday, Sunday and national holidays.

You can also receive your ordered items from our offices, during working days and hours.

Free shipping all over Greece.
Transport costs for any other country abroad, is 25 euro and is added to your order during checkout.
 

Delivery time
The online store, always ensures the best products at the most amazing prices, on the best delivery times. Instantly available products need  1-2 business days to be delivered. Products that are not available in our store need 5-7 business days. Products that are customized need up to 15 working days for delivery.
When your order is complete and ready for shipment, we deliver:
Within 24 hours in Athens and in all the cities of mainland Greece, if the order is completed until 13:30 the previous day.
Within 48 hours for the rest of Greece. In remote and inaccessible areas, the delivery time can reach up to 72 hours.
When submitting your order, you receive an e-mail, which includes all the products you ordered, the amount to be paid and the expected delivery date.
