Harris Kondosphyris is a Greek artist born in 1965 in Mytilene. He embarkedon his educational journey in the field of directing at the Hatzikou School inAthens in 1984, subsequently completing his studies in painting at the AthensSchool of Fine Arts in 1993. In 1992, he held his first solo exhibition at theDesmos Art Gallery in Athens. Kondosphyris has showcased his artwork innumerous solo exhibitions both in Greece and internationally. He has alsotaken part in group exhibitions and international art events. His artisticportfolio encompasses a wide range of mediums, including wall constructions,spatial installations, paintings, and sculptures. His work is characterized by akeen interest in various themes, with a particular focus on subjects of socialand anthropological significance. In addition to his artistic endeavors, HarrisKondosphyris has been actively involved in teaching. Since 2010, he hasbeen serving as an Associate Professor at the School of Fine Arts of theUniversity of Western Macedonia in Florina. His research is centered onexploring the interactive aspects of art and involves the organization ofcollaborative exhibitions.
